Achieve a clean and professional finish with our Slatted Cladding Connector Clips, designed to securely fix slatted cladding panels to timber battens while keeping the fixings hidden from view.
Manufactured from durable stainless steel, the clips create a concealed fixing system that allows adjoining cladding panels to slot neatly into position. This helps maintain consistent spacing and alignment across the installation without the need to drill through the visible face of the cladding boards.
Each connector clip is secured directly to the supporting batten using a suitable screw. The next cladding panel then slots into the clip, concealing the fixing point and creating a neat, streamlined appearance.
Supplied in packs of 100, these clips are suitable for both residential and commercial slatted cladding projects.

Installation Guidance
Slatted cladding panels are typically installed vertically onto horizontal supporting battens. Battens should be positioned at a maximum of 500mm centres to provide adequate support.
A connector clip is required wherever the cladding panel crosses a supporting batten. Once the first panel is positioned, the clips are screwed to the battens alongside the board. The next panel then slots into the installed clips, concealing the fixings and maintaining alignment.
Continue this process across the installation to create a consistent, professionally finished cladding surface.
How Many Clips Do I Need?
Allow one connector clip per batten for each cladding board.
As a general guide:
- 3.6m cladding board: approximately 8 clips
- 2.5m cladding board: approximately 6 clips
- Pack of 100: approximately 12 × 3.6m boards or 16 × 2.5m boards*
*Quantities are approximate and will depend on the actual batten layout and installation requirements.
