Delivery & Returns

Palleted goods are priced on postcode and weight of the item, please contact the sales team for cost. 

Unfortunately we cannot arrange deliveries to Ireland or Jersey but if you want to organise your own courier to collect from us and deliver to you then this is fine and you should contact us to discuss this.

We can arrange Saturday deliveries but these incur an additional £100 cost (on top of any zone charge). If you require a Saturday Delivery please contact us to discuss this.

Restricted Access / Refused Deliveries

If in doubt about the quality of access to your home or delivery address you MUST notify us prior to order. You will need to be available on the day of your delivery to sign for the delivery and to assist the driver.

Please note ALL deliveries are ONE MAN. This means the driver is only legally bound to drop your item on the kerbside, driveway or easily accessible garage. The driver will NOT take the product into your home, for health and safety and insurance reasons. It is your responsibility to take the item inside your property. Please check the dimensions and weight of your product which can be found in the specification details on the product page. This is to ensure the item will fit through any doors etc.

Restricted access may include but not be limited to, narrow streets, overhanging trees, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restriction that make it difficult for the carrier to drop the goods, in these instances may result in a failed or refused delivery.

Refused or failed deliveries will be charged at either £50.00, £75.00 or £95.00 dependant on product purchased plus any surcharges included (postcode or delivery upgrades).

Each T-clip comes with a pre-loaded T15 × 40mm black stainless steel screw, eliminating the need to handle clips and screws separately during installation. Simply position the clip and secure it in place for a quicker, more efficient fitting process.

Designed for ProDeck capped composite decking systems and installation at 300mm centres, Quick Fix T-Clips can reduce installation time by approximately 33% per m² compared with the original ProDeck fixings — potentially saving around 20 minutes for every hour of installation.

The integrated clip extension also provides additional support beneath ProDeck bullnose boards, helping to create a strong, stable, and professional finish around steps and deck edges.

Supplied in a pack of 100 clips and pre-loaded screws, with a compatible driver bit included.

Fixing Quantities

As a guide, allow approximately:

  • 2.4m ProDeck Board: 9 T-Clips
  • 3.6m ProDeck Board: 13 T-Clips
  • 4m ProDeck Board: 15 T-Clips

Actual quantities may vary depending on your decking layout and installation requirements.

Important Installation Information

ProDeck T-Clips must be used together with the appropriate 6mm composite decking locking clips. Both fixing types are required as part of the recommended ProDeck installation system and to maintain warranty eligibility.

Always follow the relevant installation guidance when fitting your decking, including the recommended joist spacing, expansion gaps, and fixing requirements.
